Every custom kit is designed from scratch, so you're not locked into a standard size or an existing TIG TICKETS design.
Tell us roughly how big you'd like it and where you want it to go, and we'll design the piece around what you're trying to achieve.

Choose your steel
Mild steel
A great all-round option and the starting point for our custom kits. Leave the welded steel on show, paint it or have the finished piece powder coated.
Stainless steel
Great for outdoor pieces where corrosion resistance is important, or when you want the stainless itself to be part of the finished look.
Corten weathering steel
Designed to develop its own distinctive weathered finish over time. A great option for outdoor sculptures, gardens and rural properties.

How it works
1. Tell us what you want to build
Send us your idea, reference photos or a photo of the space you have in mind.
2. We design it
We'll turn the idea into a low-poly steel design and work with you to get it right.
3. You approve it
You'll see the design before anything gets cut.
4. We make your kit
Once approved, we'll have your design laser cut, numbered and prepared for assembly.
5. You build it
Fold it, tack it and weld it together. Then finish it however you want and put it where it belongs.
Pricing & lead time
Custom kits start from $1,300 AUD in mild steel.
Final pricing depends on the size, complexity and material of your project. Freight is quoted separately.
Allow approximately 4 weeks for a custom project.
