Below we have added a list of our recommended settings. Please keep in mind that TIG welding settings are variable person to person and machine to machine. Puzzle kits
Our puzzle kits are best welded at around 40 amps using 1mm filler wire. This helps to keep the weld small and neat giving the best end result. Take great care with your fitup, and let the piece cool in between runs. We have a video showing the best fit up methods below.
