You don't need drawings or a finished concept to get started. A photo, sketch, logo or even a rough description is enough.
From there, we'll work with you to figure out the size, shape and construction of the piece before developing it into something you can actually build.

Already have access to a laser cutter or a local fabrication shop?
We can supply the fabrication-ready design files, numbered parts, fold information and assembly drawings so you can organise the material and cutting yourself.
Complete steel kit - from $1300 Freight quoted separately.
Want us to take care of everything?
We'll design the sculpture and have all of the parts laser cut, etched and prepared before shipping them to you as a flat-packed kit ready to fold, tack and weld together.
Designed to actually be built
A good-looking 3D model isn't much use if it can't be fabricated.
Every custom TIG TICKETS design is developed specifically around sheet-metal construction, taking into account the finished size, steel thickness, folds, individual parts and how the sculpture will actually go together.
The goal isn't just to make it look good on a screen.
It needs to work when you're standing in the shed building it.
Made for your project
Every custom design starts from scratch, so you're not locked into an existing TIG TICKETS model or standard size.
We'll work with you to get the size, shape and overall look of the piece right.
Choose your steel
Mild steel
A great all-round option. Leave the welded steel on show, paint it or have the finished piece powder coated.
Stainless steel
Ideal where corrosion resistance is important or where the stainless itself forms part of the finished look.
Corten weathering steel
A great option for outdoor sculptures, gardens and rural properties, developing its distinctive weathered finish over time.
How it works
1. Tell us what you've got in mind
Send us your idea, reference photos, sketch, logo or a photo of the space.
2. We work out the project
We'll confirm what you're looking to build, the approximate size and whether you need the design package or a complete steel kit.
3. We design it
Your idea is developed into a low-poly design specifically for sheet-metal fabrication.
4. You approve it
You'll see the design and have the opportunity to make revisions before we finalise the fabrication files.
5. We get it ready to build
Choose the design package and we'll supply the fabrication-ready files and assembly information.
Choose a complete kit and we'll also organise the steel, laser cutting, etched numbers and fold lines before shipping everything to you flat-packed.
6. You build it
Fold it. Tack it. Weld it. Finish it however you want.
Then stand back and look at something that didn't exist until you decided to build it.
Pricing & lead time
Every custom project is different.
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the design, what you'd like us to supply and, for complete kits, your choice of material.
We'll confirm the scope and price with you before any design work begins.
Allow approximately 4 weeks for most custom design projects, with larger or more complex projects quoted individually.
